Meeting Rooms makes it easy to find and reserve meeting spaces, check availability, and manage attendees β right from MS Teams.
Here's how to book a meeting room:

Step 1:

Head to Meeting Rooms App Home.

Step 2:

Select Your Preferred Office to view the rooms available in your Office.

Step 3:
Select the day of the week you'd like to book the meeting room for.

βNote: If you'd like to book a room for a further day out then just click on the calendar icon and select your preferred date.
Step 4:
Once you see the preferred meeting room from the list of Meeting rooms available in your office, click on the cell which is an intersection between your meeting room and your preferred time. Select the duration of your meeting and feel free to add a note or select any team members you might like to invite click confirm and you're meeting room good to go!
