Here's how to book a meeting room:

Step 1:
βHead to Meeting Rooms App Home

Step 2:
Select Your Preferred Office to view the rooms available in your Office

Step 3:
Select the day of the week you'd like to book the meeting room for by clicking on the calendar

βNote: If you'd like to book a room for a further day out then just click on the calendar icon and select your preferred date.
Step 4:
Select the room and time that you'd like to reserve by clicking next the the preferred room and timeslot
Step 5:
Now feel free to adjust the duration, add a note or invite others to join you
