Once you become a billing admin this gets you access to the Account & Billing settings, HR integration settings, and the ability to adjust working statuses displayed on the homepage. Follow the steps below to learn how you can add a new admin or how to request to be added as one.


  1. How to add a new Billing admin (if you are also a billing admin)

If you are a Billing admin and would like to add a colleague as one, just head to:

Officely Home (in Slack) > Go to... > All settings > Account & Billing > Manage account access > Manage

Add the new billing admin and click Save to update your changes.

2. How to add a new billing admin or be added as one (if you're not already a billing admin)

If the previous billing admin has left or for some reason you're unable to access the billing page just reach out to one of our team members who will add you as a billing admin. Just tell us the name of your Slack Workspace, your name and email.
