Billing admins get access to the Account & Billing portal, are able to enable the HR integration and adjust the working statuses displayed on the homepage. Follow the steps bellow to add a new admin or to be made as an admin.
How to add a new Billing admin (if you are also a billing admin)
If you are a Billing admin and would like to add a colleague as one just head to:
Officely Home (in Slack) > Go to... > All settings > Account & Billing > Manage admins and add your new admins here
2. How to add a new billing admin or be added as one (if you're not already a billing admin)
If the previous billing admin has left or for some reason you're unable to access the billing page just reach out to one of our team members who will add you as a billing admin. Just tell us the name of your Slack Workspace, your name and email.
