🏒 How to Set Up your Office and Meeting Rooms with Meeting Rooms by Officely in Slack

A step-by-step guide on how to create an office and meeting rooms so you can add your meeting room spaces

Here's a step-by-step video guide


Step 1:

Once you've downloaded the app click on Add Rooms and you'll be directed to a web app to begin your set-up.


Step 2:

Begin searching for your office address, if you can't find it immediately just type in the city/country you're located in and this can be adjusted later on.


Step 3:

Adjust your office name and feel free to change the office emoji and add any additional office admins, then click next.


Step 4:

You're now ready to add your meeting rooms, click on Create to begin adding them.


Step 5:

Add the name of your Room, add the number of seats available.

Optional: If you'd like to showcase specific equipment available in this room click on add tags and add them one by one and click enter


Step 6:

Once you've added the tags make sure to click on the tags that you wish to make available. Once you're happy with the set-up click on submit.


Step 7:

To add any additional rooms click on 'Create' again and repeat the process. Once complete click on Next.


Step 8:

You're now all set and ready to invite your teammates! Once you've added them click Finish and you're good to go.

Your Homepage will display the office with the rooms you've just created
