Once you're ready to invite your team to Meeting Rooms, here are the steps to invite your co-workers:
Step 1:
Head to the Meeting Rooms App Home
Step 2:
Click on the three dots next to the calendar and click on Invite employees
Step 3:
Click on the search bar and select the coworkers you'd like to invite
Once you've selected them click 'Invite'
Step 4:
This is what the invite will look like once the coworker receives it
