Manage employee bookings and their working statuses

Sometimes you might need to adjust an employee's working status or add a working status on their behalf. You can do all this in Officely!


Step 1:

Head to Officely App Home > More actions > Manage all statuses


Step 2:

Select the employees whose statuses you'd like to adjust or add


Step 3:

Once you've selected the employees click next and select the status that you'd like to add.


Step 4:

After you've selected the status click change (if you're booking the employees into the office you'll be able to select a neighborhood and add extras to their booking)


Step 5:

If you'd like to remove an employee status and change it to no status then select 'No status' this will clear their working status to no status.
