The office booking window lets you set how far in advance your team can book into an office.

You can choose a booking window between 2 weeks and 6 weeks, with weekly options in between.

This setting is managed per office, so you can use a different booking window for each office if needed.
How to change your office booking window
Step 1: Open Settings

Head to Officely in MS Teams and go to Settings.
Step 2: Go to Offices

From Settings, select Offices.
Step 3: Choose the office you want to update
β
Find the office youβd like to update and click Manage.

Youβll need to be an Account Admin or an Office Admin for that office to manage these settings.

Step 4: Update βBookable Up Toβ
β
In the office settings, find Bookable Up To.
β
Choose how far ahead people can book into this office:

- 2 weeks out
- 3 weeks out
- 4 weeks out
- 5 weeks out
- 6 weeks out
βStep 5: Save your changes

Once youβve selected the new booking window, click Update.
β
Your team will now be able to book into the office based on the new booking window.

If you choose 4 weeks out, employees will only be able to book office days up to 4 weeks in advance.
