Recurring Team Bookings allow you to automatically book a team into the office on a regular schedule.
β
This is useful if your teams have regular office days, for example every Tuesday, every other Wednesday, or a set pattern across the month.
β
Creating a team
Step 1: Step 1: Go to Teams settings
Head to Officely > Settings > Teams
Step 2: Create a new team
Click on 'create a new team'
Step 3: Add team details
Add the team details:
β
- Team name
- Office
- Team members
- Team managers
β
Team managers can manage the team and receive recurring booking alerts.
Selecting a preferred neighbourhood
If the selected office has neighbourhoods, you can choose up to 3 preferred neighbourhoods for the team.
β
When Officely creates recurring bookings, it will use these neighbourhoods where available.
β
If the office only has one neighbourhood, or no neighbourhoods, this field may not appear.
Scroll down and click on enable recurring bookings
Enabling recurring bookings
To create automatic office bookings for the team, turn on Enable recurring bookings.
β
Then choose:
β
- Frequency
- Every week
- Every 2 weeks
- Every 3 weeks
- Every 4 weeks
β
- Booking days
- Choose the days of the week Officely should book for the team.
Youβll see a preview of the next booking window before saving.
Saving the team
β
Click Create or Save.
β
Once recurring bookings are enabled, Officely will automatically start generating bookings for the team based on the schedule you selected.
β
Bookings are created for the upcoming booking window, so you donβt need to wait for the next cycle before the schedule starts.
β
Editing a team
β
To edit an existing team:

2. Find the team you want to update
3. Click Manage
4. Update the team members, managers, office, neighbourhoods, or recurring booking schedule
5. Click Save
Deleting a team
β
To delete a team:
β
1. Go to Officely β Settings β Teams
2. Find the team you want to remove
3. Click Manage
4. Scroll to Danger Zone
5. Click Delete Team
β
Deleting a team stops new recurring bookings from being generated for that team.
β
Bookings that have already been created will remain in Officely.
Team Manager will get Access to their Team Insights
β
Team managers can access Officely Insights to view attendance data for their own team members. This means managers don't need to be office admins to stay on top of their team's office attendance.
β
βWhat team managers can see:
β’ Attendance data scoped to members of their team(s) only
β’ Filtered user lists showing only their team members
β’ CSV exports (Recent Activity and Bookings) scoped to their team
