Officely's Check-ins help to ensure office attendance data is the most accurate. Once this feature is enabled, employees will receive morning prompts asking if they are still planning on coming to the office that day. This will help to ensure that if their plans have changed the desk can be freed and opened for another colleague to join. Follow the steps below to enable the check-ins:
Step 1:
Head to Officely's Home Page and click on Settings
Step 2:
Once in Settings click on Offices
Step 3:
Click on manage next to the desired office
Step 4:
Click on Check-ins
Step 5:
Click on Enable to switch on your check-ins
Step 6:
Click on Enable Check-ins
Step 7:
Feel free to add a note and click save
