✅ Check-ins in Officely on MS Teams

How to enable and disable Officely's Check-ins

Officely's Check-ins help to ensure office attendance data is the most accurate. Once this feature is enabled, employees will receive morning prompts asking if they are still planning on coming to the office that day. This will help to ensure that if their plans have changed the desk can be freed and opened for another colleague to join. Follow the steps below to enable the check-ins:


Step 1:

Head to the Officely App Home, then click on "Settings".


Step 2:

Once in settings, click on "Offices".


Step 3:

Click on "Manage" next to your preferred office.


Step 4:

Once in Office Settings, select Check-ins, then click on "Configure".


Step 5:

Click on the toggle button to enable check-ins. You can also add a custom message. ​

Click "Save" and you are done!
