When installing Officely if you don't add the app to a team, no one will be able to access it until you invite them to. Once you're ready to start inviting your colleagues to join just follow the steps below:

Step 1:

Head to Officely App Home and click on Add Employees

Step 2:

Click on select people and choose the employees that you'd like to invite

Step 3:

Click Invite

Step 4:

The employee will receive a chat notification letting them know that they were invited to join Officely

Step 5:

They'll just need to click on Get Started and they'll be good to go!

Inviting multiple employees at once

If you need to invite a larger group of employees, you can use Batch Invite.

Batch Invite lets you paste a list of names or email addresses, review the matches, and invite multiple people at once.

Step 1: Go to Settings

Head to Officely → Settings.

Step 2: Open Account & Billing

Go to Account & Billing → Manage Billing → Manage Users.

Step 3: Select Batch Invite

Click the Batch Invite button.

This is shown as a people/group icon.

Step 4: Paste your employee list

Paste a list of employee names or email addresses.

You can separate people using:

- New lines
- Commas
- Semicolons

For example:

text
John Smith
jane.doe@company.com
Bob Jones

Then click Resolve.

Step 5: Review matches

Officely will show which employees were matched and which could not be found.

You can remove anyone you don’t want to invite by clicking their name before sending the invite.

If anyone is not found, check the spelling or try using their email address instead.

Step 6: Send invites

Click Invite users to send the invitation.

Employees will receive a Teams notification inviting them to join Officely.

Note: Batch Invite is available to Account Admins.
