If you are inviting guests into the office and you don't need to reserve them a seat then you can let your Officely Admins know by adding them as a guest. If you'd like to book them a seat then follow this article here.

How to add guests

Step 1:

You'll first need to enable the guest feature by heading to Officely App Home > Go to... > Bookable extras.

Step 2:

Once on the Bookable Extras page tick the box under Guests to allow employees to be able to add guests.

Step 3:

Now that you've enabled guest bookings just go ahead and add your working status to Officely.

Step 4:

Type in the name or email of the guest that you're inviting, if they haven't been invited before click on create new guest.

Step 5:

Now add their name and email and click submit.

Then click confirm and this will place your booking.

Step 6:

After you've booked your guest you'll be able to see 'Guest coming' under the given day.

Step 7:

If you'd like to see full guest details click on more actions > see all names you'll be able to see more information on the guest booking there.

Can I book a desk for my guests?

Yes, if you add them to your Slack Workspace as a single channel guest. This article here will walk you through the steps.

Is my guest sent an email?

No, Officely doesn't contact your guest.
