We've made it very easy to update your payment details, all from Slack. Follow the guide below to update your payment information for Officely.
π‘Note: You'll only be able to change your billing details if you're a billing admin of Officely.
Step 1:
Head to the Officely App Home, then click on Go to...

Step 2:
Once you've clicked on Go to... click on All settings.
Step 3:
On the settings page, click on Account & Billing.
Step 4:
Then click on "Go to billing page β"
Step 5:
The billing page will open up in a new tab within your internet browser. Click on "Manage card details and invoice " right under your billing date.

Step 6:
The payment page will open up in a new tab within your internet browser. Scroll down, then select "Add payment method."

Step 7:
The payment method window will open up, here you can add your payment details.

Once you've added your details. Click on Add, and you're all set!

π‘You can now add card details and/or US Bank Account details as your payment method.
