Invite your team to use Meeting Rooms

Once you're ready to invite your team to Meeting Rooms, here are the steps to invite your co-workers:


Step 1:

Head to the Meeting Rooms App Home


Step 2:

Click the invite button, then add the teammates you'd like to invite.


Step 3:

Select Invite to invite your teammates. Your teammates will receive a message inviting them to use Meeting Rooms.



Your teammates will now be able to use Meeting Rooms once they click on "Get Started".
