Going through these steps will allow Officely to work correctly for everyone in your Microsoft Teams organisation. Admin consent needs to be granted by a Microsoft 365 admin.
Step 1:
Head to admin.teams.microsoft.com.
Step 2:
On the dashboard, click Teams apps, then click Manage apps.
Step 3:
Search for Officely.
Step 4:
Click on Officely, then click Permissions.
Step 5:
Click Grant admin consent.
Once admin consent has been granted, give Microsoft Teams a few minutes to reflect the change. Then return to Officely and refresh the app.
